Me too.....it has something to do with a pile of Eucalyptus leaves I collected when I was in San Diego...oh, and some walnuts. But it will have to wait...I'm going to let them sit a bit.
I will start paying attention to that. The boil up was intended to be from my California trips this summer...however I could not resist adding the year old walnuts from the Albuquerque ditch. I will pull out the samples I made last fall with no walnuts to compare....will report back!
You are so funny! More than you have wondered about the sun......she is a ceramic Mexican trivet from the top of my stove.....I put her in to hold the bundles down....but I sure like your wonder-ings best!!! I'm finishing my un-bundling today....fingers way crossed and very brown.
What a happy place your kitchen looks to be! There is a bag of walnuts in my garage just waiting for a boil up like this. And the last of fall's leaves pressed between the pages of phone books and catalogs.I almost hate to see the gardeners wisk away the leaves . . .
I am still cleaning up the mess! and it's a relief to know you see 'happy' there. You know the walnuts will keep....just not on your porch (I've scolded a few critters who love them too!)
I am curious to see what you are up to!

ReplyDeletei'm always curious about that [or are the walnuts from where you are?].

ReplyDeletei was wondering if the sun fell into the pot to swoon as we often do over bundling. or perhaps the sun emerged from a bundle!
